By The Ice Rink is open! Central Park (Celebration) Ice Rink is open as of Monday, December 23rd. A special thank you goes out to those volunteers (Klaus, Bruce, Rick, Sylvain, and Jason) who worked tremendous hard to get the ice conditions to where they are; particularly with the significant snow
