By The City of Ottawa is holding municipal elections on October 27th and the CCA wants to make sure you have the opportunity to meet your candidates.

Wednesday, October 1 – Carlington Pub Night
We have invited the candidates for Councillor and School Board Trustee to join us for our monthly informal gathering
Where: Bowman’s Bar and Grill
When: 7:30 pm
Wednesday, October 8 – Hunt Club Riverside Community Organization All-Candidates Meeting
Candidates for Mayor, Councillor and School Board Trustee will be on hand for this open house style meeting
Where: Hunt Club/Riverside Park Community Centre, 3320 Paul Anka Drive
When: 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Thursday, October 16 – River Ward’s Only All-Candidates Debate!
Co-hosted by the Carlington Community Association and Carlington Community Health Centre, this is your only opportunity to attend and take part in a live debate in your Ward. More details coming soon. Be sure to check the CCA website for more information.

When: 7:00 – 9:00 pm, doors open at 6.30 pm.
Televised Debates
There will be several televised debates airing on Rogers TV. River Ward’s candidates will square off on:
- Friday, Oct. 17 at 9:00 am
- Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 9:00 am
