Now that the long winter is over – hurray!!!! – the Community Garden Group is starting up again.

Thanks to neighbours in the Rutgers – Fordam – Gotham area – particularly Ivana Cuk – we have a tentative plan to beautify the tot lot in that area. We also have a plan to repair the 5 mailbox gardens that were damaged by snowplowing this winter.

Our 1st. meeting of the year will be held this week on Tuesday, May 14th. at 7:00 p.m. at 120 Central Park Drive in the Seniors’ Suites Residence in the room behind the receptionist area. Everyone interested in beautifying our neighbourhood is invited to attend. Speak to you neighbours – they may be interested in attending as well.
