The Central Park Community Association is once again offering FREE Yoga and Art for Seniors living in Central Park. Come out, meet your neighbours, and have some fun! 1-hr Yoga classes will take place on 5 Mondays, starting October 15th, at 9:45-10:45am, at 120 Central Park, in the Senior Suites
