At City Council this Wednesday, under consent, Council unanimously approved the lifting of the “H” (holding zone) as it pertains to the rezoning of Laurentian Place. This was the final administrative step prior to finalizing the Site Plan. Again, barring any unforeseen issues, Phase 1 construction is set to begin
