As you may have noticed, construction has started on the 4 story, 100,000 s.f., mixed-use office and retail tower located on Clyde Avenue north of Baseline Road. The Laurentian Place office tower will have 85,000 s.f. of Class A office space, designed to a Silver LEED standard. The ground floor will have approximately 13,500 s.f. of prime retail space. Parking will be provided by a one level underground parking garage and surface parking.
Stantec Engineering Consulting is the tenant of the building occupying three full floors of the tower. This is a consolidation and expansion of three separate offices in the Ottawa area.
SmartCentres expects the opening of the building to take place on May 1 , 2013.
